Delivery Service

Delivery (Hong Kong Area)

  • We offer FREE delivery for any purchase over HK$800 (net order amount). For order under HK$800, a delivery charge of HK$150 shall apply.

  • Order will be delivered within 5 working days from the day of order confirmation.  Order fulfilment is subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any of the ordered products, we will notify customer by phone or email before delivery.

  • If customer requires delivery service to outlying islands or remote areas, such as Tai Tam, Suburb of Sai Kung, Tung Chung, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, Stanley, Shek O, Tai Mei Tuk and Luk Keng, the airport, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan, a delivery charge of HK$350 shall apply.

  • If no lift is available at the delivery address and requires the use of stairs, an extra fee of HK$100 per floor (every 10 steps of stairs) will be charged.

  • Delivery will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or a black rain warning is hoisted. In such event, customer will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

  • If customer is not available to receive delivery at the scheduled time and requests an alternative delivery arrangement, customer shall bear the additional cost to be incurred. 

  • All goods will be delivered as scheduled to the best of our ability, customer should be present to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time.

Delivery Service (Domestic / Macau Area)

  • The goods will be delivered within 14 working days after receiving the confirmation order.

Delivery Service ( Oversea)

  • The goods will be delivered within 30 working days after receiving the confirmation order.

Return/Exchange Service

  • No refund or return service will be provided after all orders have been confirmed and transactions completed.

  • To ensure customers are satisfy with our products, if product(s) was/were found faulty after purchasing, we shall replace it with a new one for free if eligible. Please contact us via email or phone within 7 days after receiving the product as we could arrange the replacement as soon as possible.

  • All the materials including original product packaging, accessories must be returned, as the same condition as you just received it. If the product(s) returned is/are incomplete or the date of return exceeded 7 days after receiving the product(s), it would be treated as unacceptable returns. You can deliver the product(s) personally to a specified address within our working hours.

Product Maintenance

  • Warranty service is available in most of the products in Aidapt. General electronic products and wheelchair products enjoy 1 year free warranty service

  • Please keep the original receipt after purchased products in Aidapt showroom or online store.

  • Any damage of product(s) within warranty period can be repaired for free. However, extra fee is charged for replacing parts. Aidapt reserves the right to request additional maintenance fees in the following cases:

     1. The product was damaged out of misuse, negligence, accident and natural disaster;

     2. The product have been repaired or modified by external technician(s);

     3. The serial number was altered, effaced or removed;

     4. The product is not properly installed according to the official instructions provided;

     5. The customer failed to show the receipt or online registration record;

     6. Misuse, self-modifying and self-repairing, not following the instruction of use or specified power source leading to damage;

     7. Damage after installation due to movement or transportation;

     8. Cabinet, consumable items like batteries, tires, seat cushions, heating pad covers or other accessories.

     9. Mechanical aging

  • Once warranty period expired, extra charges are required for maintenance service. Customers could contact us for more details. 

  • All products, except large items such as electric beds , wheelchairs or geriatric chairs, should be sent to any stores for maintenance in person.

  • If product(s) is/are being self-modified or self-repaired, the product(s) would not be covered by the warranty.

  • 7-10 working days are needed in order to finish the maintenance. We would contact the customers by phone upon completion.
