Customers must ensure that the delivery area is free of obstacles, as our installers require adequate space and access to complete the installation safely. This assessment includes, but is not limited to, providing measurements of doorways, hallways, and rooms to ensure that the furniture can be delivered and installed without any issues.

If no lift with adequate space is available at the delivery address and requires the use of stairs, an extra fee of HK$500 per floor will be charged.
